10 ways to use Cedarwood Essential Oil

  1. Calming & Grounding - inhale, rub on feet, or diffuse to help support the nervous system.

  2. Promote Restful Sleep - diffuse, rub on feet, temples, and back of neck.

  3. Balance Emotions - for those days when life is a little too much, rub on feet and back of neck.
