40 pounds, 2 shirt sizes and 6 pant sizes all within a year!


I know, Sounds hard to believe right? How in the world did i make that happen that fast you ask?

Here are my steps to weight loss. Trust me you can do it!


1) Water! Drink nothing but water. I once was a Dr.Pepper fan and I'm talking multiples a day with absolutely no water intake. I have yet to figure out how i never got dehydrated.


2) Cut the junk! No chips, no sweets every day, no frozen food heated in the microwave.


3) Oven, oven, oven. Cook in the oven as much as possible. Fried foods are terrible. Now don't get me wrong go ahead and have a day to cheat but don't overdo it!


4) Keep yourself busy, I created a routine for myself to keep me on my toes daily but let's be honest being a mom of 3 ages 5, 3 and 2 i don't get the chance to sit LOL


5)Low calorie snacks are your best friend! Between each meal I have a light snack. This kept me full and high on energy throughout the day. I always allowed myself to have as many light cheese sticks , veggies and fruits as I wanted, but that's just what worked for me. Try to find something that is low in sugar and has protein as well.


6)DO NOT eat late at night, Not only does it not help your weight loss journey but that heartburn and pressure you will feel in your stomach is terrible.


7)Measure more than weight, You may loose inches but not pounds. That's still good though so don't give up.
